    Just wondering does cartell give you the registered owners address ? When you run a report .

    Imagine the danger if that was the case:

    - scumbag sees nice/rare expensive car on the road. Runs report. Gets address and steals it.

    - oddball sees a nice girl in the car beside him. Runs report. Turns up at her door

    - clown takes offence at being overtaken on the motorway because they were doing 30 km/h lower than the limit. Runs report. Keys the car late some evening

    It's bad enough that AGS have access to that info at times based on reports of how some have used it to harass others.
