    -Shortened to 300mm by LBS (measured from bottom of clamp to end of post)

    So from reading your post is there only 200mm of "available" post ?

    Correct, post was cut by LBS to 300mm as measured by Zipp from bottom of clamp to end of post. You need to insert 100mm.
