Sony Christmas movies name

    Now that Sony Christmas movies had finished will the name change back to True movies because my hasn't (Fergurson Ariva 220 box).

    The Sony Movies Classic channel launches on Tuesday so I presume that it will change then.

    Still saids Sony Christmas for me on EPG, also is True movies same as Sony classic?

    "Sony Classic" and "Sony Classic+1" are the two new names.

    :D Your Service Name is not updating ..... which is probably why you have a 'True' channel showing.
    True Crime is still a Service Name IIRC, but is not broadcasting. No other True channels are present.

    The Ariva will not update the channel name without a rescan of the transponder.
    A simple operation to do which will not upset your channel order.

    How do i rescan?

    Thats what i am afraid of having to set up all the channels up again.

    All the Sony channels are on one transponder - 11306, V, 27500
    So select that transponder under Installation Menu/TP List and press the blue button to search it. Any services with changed names will update, any new services will be added to the end of your list.
