ShowerLux door and new runners

Our 10 years old shower door runners broke recently and one of the doors was falling off. I ordered new runners and have fitted them, but I can't get the door back into the frame. The supplier said that there are no directions to do this but some people " manage to wedge it open". I can't even figure out how to do…

I attached pictures but can't see them- is there a restriction on size?
