Query : Anyone know of a reputable dietician in cork that you can recommend??

Brief background: age 29 , 6'2

I suffered from GERD/acid reflux for 3.5 years while taking 80mg per day of PPI/esomeprazole medication when it was Discovered upon getting a camera down that I had weak stomach muscles and and 3cm hetial hernia

I Had the stomach procedure nissen fundoplication to repair in May 2019

But the Last few weeks (early December onward) symptoms of heartburn are returning

Goal:

I'm Looking to change diet 100% and not sure where to start (low acid diet, remove gluten , other products ,plant based , Jesus anything at this stage )

and I want to lose more weight ( I was 221 lb in Jan 2019, by May after surgery I was 185)
Back to 196LB now
I want to get to about 175/180

Insurance : I have laya control 150
