Hello one and all, and welcome to the 2019 Forum Games Werewolf Awards, The Wolfies!



Triceratops Ballet and myself will be your hosts this evening as we bring you the top of the pops from boards.ie Werewolf in 2019!

If you have arrived and are in the main hall, please feel free to mingle, eat some canapés and top up your champagne flute. We get started with the first award at 7.15!

Before we bring you the running order for the awards, let's check in and see who is arriving on the red carpet!

(feel free to announce your own arrival and tell us a little bit about who you are wearing tonight)


So the running order for tonight will be as follows:

1. Best new role / innovation
2. The 'Pter' for worst instance of using the wrong account during a game
3. Best Wolf/SK Team (of those that won their games)
4. Best flavour
5. Favourite play/move/action/role reveal by a goodie
6. Favourite play/move/action/role reveal by a baddie
7. The 'Molly' for best tantrum/flip out/moment of combustion
8. Best New player of the Year
9. The Drumpot Award for deepest Tunnel
10. Best Comeback
11. Player you want to see more of next year
12. The 'Necro' for most complex game
13. Best mod team
14. Favourite game

We have 14 categories to go through so its going to be a fast paced night, with a few minutes between each award announcement for back slapping and outrage from the loooooosers!

Please feel free to post gifs, pics and anything else you want - just keep it friendly!!

Please also remember this is just a bit of fun, so dont feel downhearted if you didnt win something! Each category was hotly contested, and we all appreciate each otherscontribution to what has been a fantastic year, award or no!!

OMG you guys I made it! I've put all my gladrags on including my smelly socks, dirty jeans covered in cat hair, baggy jumper (grey to hide the cat hair) and chipped nailpolish. :cool:

Thank you all so much for spending your evening with us here at the Wolfies! May I say you're all looking fabulous, nice to see some of you have gone for the full body wax to hide those hairy behinds for the night, though for those of you of the less hairy persuasion will need to be extra vigilant against those wandering snouts, and if a howl breaks out please make your way to the illuminated exits to the left and right of the stage and at the rear of the room.

We've spared no expense tonight and we hope you'll enjoy the spectacular we have in store for you, our lovely wait staff will be on hand to serve you week old mulled wine and some delicious leftover trifle, if you're lucky you may snag a purple or green triangle quality street (though honestly at this stage you're looking at toffee pennies and those coconut ones.)

I didn't play either Southpark or Silent Hill, but from looking out from the outside, they looked like mammoth undertakings, so well deserved winners there.
