Hey guys, bit log local knowledge needed. I’m back from the UK visiting family. My car all of a sudden needs front tyres in a hurry. (Think I used the last of them on the drive over) They’re a big awkward size.

Anyone know somewhere in the area that has a large varied stock for a decent price?

I need 245 35 ZR20. And I won’t settle for ditch finders like most places I’ve tried so far have offered me.

Your biggest problems will be 1. a tyre centre that stocks any sort of tyre in that size and 2. decent branded ones. You might have to ring around the large tyre retailing chains to see what they have. The season that's in doesn't help either with most places closed until the new year.

Yeah I’ve discovered that. It’s an unfortunate timing!

Advance tyres are owned by continental so they usually have most sizes of continental tyres, there's a branch in naas, Heffernan Tyres in naas would have a good few different brands too.

No connection, but they have two depots and also do partworn tyres. I’d chance giving them a shout.

Try ringing Tyremaster in ballymount Dublin, they usually have decent brands. They have a call out service so they might bring them to you and fit them where you are.

Thanks for the advice guys, I had to make the trip back without them. Nobody could source that size in time.
