Playing 4K UHD Movie files to TV

    Hi all,

I just bought a new UHD TV and have downloaded some UHD movies. They are 15GB to 28GB is size and should all be good quality. Problem is if I run from my PC to TV they dont play anywhere near the quality they should (My PC is crap) and if I play them from my USB drive the same.

What do I need to put the files onto to get them to play full HD on the TV? I thought an external harddrive with HDMI capacity would do it but rang DID Electrical there and they don't do them just USB connections on them. Apparently USB cant play UHD so needs to be HDMI.

Are there particular players or harddrives I can get that I can transfer the files onto and play direct to the TV?

One last point is I just moved into a new home and will not have WIFI for another few weeks.
