Passed my bike theory yesterday and booked an appoinment at the NDLS centre within a weeks time to get the licence sorted.

My question is will i need to do another eye test as i already have a leaner permit for a car at the moment? (In date) and if i do need to do the eye test where do i get the forum needed so it can be filled out.

    At the moment i have
Bank statement - Will it be accepted as it was printed off at the bank instead of being posted. (Sounds stupid but thought i'll ask)
Public Service Card - Will that do for PPSN as i dont have a medical card
Learner Permit (Still valid) - Then that for proof of who i am etc
    Test Certificate

Do i need to bring anything else? and thanks to anyone that replies.

as far as I know you don't need another eye test. My daughter passed her car test last year and we just went in and applied for the full license. Nothing about an eye test.

I'd bring all of the stuff you mentioned just in case but I think they just looked at her learner permit and that was good enough.
