Natural sausage casings, collagen wrapping sheets

Hi All, does anybody know a place in Dublin / Wicklow where I could get beef bungs or food grade collagen sheets? I have some Coppa and pork loin getting ready for air drying but struggle to source casings for them. There are plenty online options but I would prefer to buy it in person somewhere locally. Thanks
