Virgin Christmas chef!

    As above.
    First time making the dinner for 8 adults. Have a boned and rolled turkey and ham ordered. That will be collected on 23rd. It is stuffed already and my mam is gonna make some of her stuffing too.
    I'm gonna make the "get ahead gravy" from Jamie Oliver this weekend. Will make my soup in slow cooker too and I'll freeze both.
    Will peel spuds and vegetables for my roast veg on Christmas eve. Will also cook ham and just glaze and cook on Xmas day.

    Any other advice from all you pros?
