Bord Bia audit over due and want to kill cattle

    I got a letter from bord Bia to say I needed to be audited by December 5th and an auditor would be in contact with me. Haven’t heard anything since. I have heifers booked into factory for Thursday (forgot about bord Bia 😟). Advice?

    Your OK. They usually appear these days 2-3 months prior to the end of the period. But if they arrive and you fail are you failing from the audit date or from the renewal date 2mths away. I think you are not bord bia approved from the audit date. You could call them and get the date your
    approved to as it currently stands. If you had animal's to go and an audit due, I would have animal's gone prior to audit.

    Yea, mine was extended because they couldn't get to me in time, I was surprised when I looked it up
