Issue with tiles in a bathroom

My brother sent me these photos of damaged tiles entering a shower unit. I am unable to get a handyman to have a look, but is it something I could do myself with tec7 or something similar? Appreciate any opinions.

Are the tiles loose or just the grout fell out?

looks like there was probably movement.

Not sure if the tiles fell out or not. If it's as easy as it seems then I'll give it a lash myself.

Edit: can I get group to match that colour? The ones I know are either clear or white.

Don't grout them if they are loose, just tke off, scrape off any old adhesive and replace.

Get rid of all the mould too... that is a future problem with rot and damp...
