Turkish Airlines query

    I've to drop my Dad off for a Turkish Airlines flight to Ankara tomorrow.
    Flight was booked via a travel agent so I just have a Galileo Reference along with details of the flight.
    Do I just print off these details and present them at the check in desk?

    I'd have preferred to try and check him in ahead of time as he needs reduced mobility assistance and I don't want him standing in a queue.

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Can't use online check in as it was booked via a travel agent.
    I can enter the ref number online, details come up, but it won't allow check in and says he'll have to go to the desk.

    Can the Travel Agent not provide you with the PNR ?

    I have the PNR now. It won't allow check in online for whatever reason.

    hmm probably an additional documents check.

    See if you can order special assistance for him with THY or DAA so he won't have to stand in the queue.

    I think he has special assistance ordered, but I've never had to deal with that before.
    I'll report back in the morning once it's all done. Thanks for the advice.

    Turkish do not allow online check in for those getting assistance.
