Vodafone tv stuck on splash screen since last night. Now just has red x. When i call 1907 and enter my number it hangs up automatically. Can anybody help????? I can't seem to get hold of any one. Live chat not available either. I haven't even been with them 20 days yet!

Have you tried turning off the power to it and turning it back on?

Hi, I'm experiencing the same issue with the app.

Just spoke with someone on Live Chat who couldn't help and asked me to call 1907. When I suggested that they contact their own internal department, the response was that they are unable to :rolleyes:
