What is this system?

This is installed in a relative's new build. There does not seem to be a manufacturer mark on it.
Any idea as to who made it and whether it can be linked to a phone?

Their system only has wired pir sensors. Is that sufficient. Can inertia sensors be retrospectively to the windows or are they needed? Can the wireless systems be blocked with a jamming device?

It's a Honeywell Accenta, very basic system but reliable.
You can use these shock sensors on it, it will not take the standard HKC type shock.
If it was me and I had the funds I would swap it out for a HKC 10270 or Vanderbilt SPC4320
You could connect it to the phone using this for some basic alerts
