With all foreign exchange it would need to be ordered 5 working days in advance. https://form.bankofireland.com/personal-banking/bank/international-payments/foreign-currency/foreign-currency-order-form/

It may be necessary to try and obtain this from another foreign exchange provider. Sorry for the disappointing news.
