    Hi all,
Just said I'd ask here if anyone went for job with a charity organisation (outside of Dublin).
I did interview last week and told they'd be in touch this week, but haven't heard anything yet, no response when I emailed asking (politely ha!) for update.
Obviously it's not looking good but they seemed so keen on me and went out of their way to interview me ! And thought I did pretty well in interview and I'm highly experienced and qualified and trained. :/
    Thanks

You did the interview last week as in 7 days ago or 5 working day for office HR types and you are already emailing asking what is happening?.

I would give them a chance they may well have had dozens of applicants.

I am already asking yea. I really want it and suppose I'm very anxious!

I'm setting myself up for disappointment because the last interview with a different organisation approx 8 months ago never responded at all. The waiting is so hard
    Thank you

I hold a lot of interviews.

If I interviewed a candidate last week and saw a thread like this but with our company name plastered on it, I would probably be more than a bit annoyed.

There could be a thousand reasons they haven't gotten back to you yet, it has been a relatively short period of time. But if I was you I would hope nobody in ******* reads Boards.ie.
