    Hi All ,

Hoping for some advise or if anyone can advise anybody who would deal with this .

Long Story short , our neighbour crashed into the front of our house , damage has been done outside and inside , he has admitted liability and opened a claim with is insurance company , all fine , adjuster came out this morning took photos and done report and advised us to now get builders in for quotes .

Does anyone know anyone who would deal with this kinda stuff with regards repairs for internal and external

    Thanks in advance

who has determined the extent of structural damage?

The adjuster just came out took photos of all the damage but we don’t know if any internal damage has been done and we need a builder out to survery it all and get a cost

I reckon you need, Structural Engineer and/or Building Surveyor / Architect before you go near a builder. If you go to 5 builders they will price 5 different things. Also you are not paying for it so get the professionals in and take the stress out of it. (of course this depends on the extent of the works required hard to tell from OP)
