    1. My water from the cold kitchen tap is discoloured. Can you explain this?

    Discolouration can occur after works take place in an area and the best way to remedy this is to run your cold, kitchen tap for 10 -15 minutes. This will help to flush out the system. We recommend that you only drink the water from your cold kitchen tap when it is completely clear.

    If the discolouration of your supply persists, please send us a PM with the following details and we will have this matter investigated for you:
    - Your name;
    - Your full address; &
    - Your contact number

    2. I have no water in my shower, bath or toilet systems at my property. Why is this happening?

    If your bath, shower and toilet are affected, but your cold kitchen tap still has supply, it sounds like you may have an airlock in the internal plumbing system. You can find tip on how to clear this on our website here.

    If this matter persists, we recommend that you contact a qualified plumber or, if you live in an apartment, your building manager, who will be able to assist you.

    3. I’m waiting for a refund from Irish Water regarding unnecessary work that I had carried out following your engineer’s recommendation. Can you help?

    We can certainly look into this matter for you. Would you mind sending us a PM with the details regarding the survey, along with your name, address and contact number?

    4. We can’t move into our newly bought home due to there being no water connection yet. Can you help me?
