11 reg Mégane or Fluence audio pairing

    So the Mrs drives an 11 reg fluence & her iPhone is paired & she makes & receives calls grand but she can't seem to pair audio in order to play music, when she goes through the process it asks for a code that she doesn't have or receives during the pairing process, she's tried random codes, 0000, 1234 etc etc
    Any help appreciated

    Not 100% sure as I don't have access to car at the mo, her phone is paired as regards taking & receiving calls, no problems, just can't seem to set up to play music that's on her phone through the speakers via Bluetooth

    Check the Bluetooth settings on her phone and in the car as sometimes they have a spurious security code for pairing and it can usually be easily reset.

    We have a 12 reg Megane III Tourer which I assume is the same, and yes, it supports BT streaming as well as having RCA. I'd have to look to remember how I set it up, but I don't recall it being out of the ordinary tbh.

    My mrs is very impatient, anyway she has purchased / ordered two cables, one to go from iPhone 7 to 3.5mm socket & 3.5mm plug to RCA plug so that should get her sorted

    Is the fact that there are RCA inputs on the dash an indication that this is her only option here anyway?

    Her phone doesn’t have a headphone socket

    No: mine has RCA and BT streaming.
