Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Frequency of suspended sentences being reactivated in Irish Courts

Say if X was charged with conviction Y and the prison sentence was suspended by the judge, but X would have to be on good behavior for 12 months.

Relatively soon after, X is caught and convicted of another offence.

The judge reactivates the suspended prison sentence.

What is the more technic process. How many times a year does this actually occur?

Does the convicted person have to be brought back to the original court for the sentence activation?
