    Any jeweller.

    Shouldn't cost you more than €10 - €15 max.

Otherwise, open the watch yourself and get the battery model...

    (045) 533 281 is Hour Passion in Kildare Village - might be worth asking them

I was in with Hour Passion yesterday, and they didn't have one. They didn't actually supply the batteries for this model.

I bought it on Honeymoon last year on a cruise.

Could have been on display quite a while maybe?

I know I have a citizen that had its 1st battery change @year after I got it and it's been @ 3 and a half years a time since then.

display model should be heavily reduced if that is the case

    Oh I'd agree 100%.
OP seems to have been sorted now anyway, hope he is happy with his watch :)
