Missing Tradesman

I recently got brand new A rated Windows and door retrofitted into an old house. We've been having trouble with a door where it's not sealed when closed (a draft is coming into the house). The tradesman was initally very good and came over within 3-4 days to make fixes.

Not sure if the door is moving or what is going on, but the gap between the door and the seal is still there. I've tried calling and emailing him in the last 2 weeks and can't get a hold of him.

Whats my options moving forward ?

    Thanks !

Was it a window company not installed? If not why?

Write to them. Outline like above how they did a good job, but the door is still not right. highlight your consumer rights/warranty. Set a reasonable deadline for repair. If your not satisfied consider/threaten legal action as a last resort.
