Hi all,

I'm looking for recommendations for battery powered internal lamps. The landing area in my house has no sockets, and instead of getting one installed, I'd like to see if anyone has any experince with battery powered lamps. There's obviously a light in the landing, but I'd like to use a lamp instead. I don't mind if it's sensor activated, as I imagine leaving it on all night would mean a lot of battery changes.

Any info greatly appreciated.

How bright would you need it to be?

I have a couple of kids night lights that are on all night, but with LED bulbs now and rechargeable batteries, leaving lights on all night isn't that big of an issue.
