Notice of Motion for Judgment in default of defence

    How long after serving a notice of motion and grounding affidavit on the respondent. Can a claimant submit a Notice of Motion for Judgment in default of defence at the Dublin district court?

    That's if the respondent doesn't file a defence.

    This is in relation to breach of contract
