    Saying he was going - was probably for good personal reasons - but a mistake in the project.

    Yeah a manager announcing that they are leaving in advance is a fundamental mistake in sports. Arsene Wenger did it and the players just stopped playing for him. Poch at Spurs said he would leave the club if they won the Champions League final, they didnt and the players stopped playing for him and he got the sack this week. If a manager announces they are leaving in advance the dynamics of the team and management completely change overnight.
