    Hey folks -

Just wanna ask if anyone knows legal position on recording something and then sharing it (not necessarily on youtube, perhaps uploading site/file hosting)

Plan is/was record ITV1SD (fta) - compress with PC - and share with some friends/users who are unable to watch

Iv seen tonnes of recorded news clips so assumed it was ok

If anyone is an authority on this - please do let me know

    Thanks a mill
    :D

Pretty sure it's being streamed on YouTube on the ITV News Channel - and they are also likely to upload the content afterwards (or parts of it).

Don't know the legality of sharing it yourself, no doubt there's some rule against it.
