Hi All

Trying to figure out what to charge for a long term build, will be nearly a year long, refurbishment of an old house.

I will have myself and an employee on the job, was thinking of charging 550 plus the vat for both of us for the day.

The construction rates are different everywhere no doubt but some of the figures I have seen are mad in comparison.

I have my own construction company, albeit a small one, obviously want to make a profit.
