Hi we've been looking at some houses in this estate. Seems grand . Just wondering if any residents have any thoughts regarding anti social behaviour, traffic etc. thanks.

It's a quiet and pretty settled estate. Some of the houses backing onto the lane bordering Moyglas have had trouble with teenagers hanging around, but that seems to have quietened down. Traffic is a problem in the entire Lucan area in the morning, you'd need to get out of there relatively early to be sure of avoiding queues. Bus services are good.
