Commercial agreement/messy question

    Ok so Im clear that I cannot seek any legal advice here. I understand and respect that.


    So I'm merely asking a hypothetical question about a bizarre situation that may never arise.


    So lets say Company A was being asked to leave a property so that landlord B could sell its property to Property Developer C.
    Lease is complicated so ignore that for now....



    So Company-A and Landlord-B both hire outside firms to negotiate a settlement. And they reach a figure and agree.


    Company-A is told to vacate by a certain date so Company-A requests a signed contract.
    Said request is ignored.


    Landlord-B still insists that Company-A vacate despite no signed contract or issue of funds to settle.
    Where would Company A stand legally?

    Company A might ask his "outside firm" to continue negotiating

    Assuming those outside firms are solicitors, proceed assuggested by Rock22 above.
    If they are not solicitors, Company A should consult its own solicitors
