Nest and UFH

Hoping someone on here can advise. We are planning a fairly big renovation of our ground floor and using the opportunity to install under floor heating downstairs. We currently have an old oil burner and rads upstairs and down controlled by Nest thermostats (2 zones and hot water).

My main question is will the Nest stats be compatible with an UFH system? We are changing to a newer oil burner (condensing) and plan on leaving the rads upstairs.

Should I consider a combi oil burner? I dont hear much about them but was used to gas combi when living in the UK.

I am considering a thermal store type setup with heat exchange for indirect heating of water for heating and hot water. The main reason I'm thinking of this is I hear the with UFH the oil burner will constantly be cycling on and off if I dont. I dont plan on installing any other heating sources (thermal or PV cells) for now but this could future proof if I did?

I'm not really that well educated on heating systems so please forgive my ignorance if you spot something daft in my query!
