Is asbestos a possibility in house built in 1993 ?

Hi, my house was built in 1993 and finished in 1994. We bought 5 years ago. I am planning to take up the old 12x12 kitchen floor tiles (laid on concrete in 1994 I believe) as part of renovation work. I have chiselled 1 tile off completely and there's no sign of black mastic or anything to indicate asbestos. The engineers report we got when buying was quite detailed too but didn't mention asbestos either. Given the year the tiles were laid, and other factors above - Am I worrying over nothing or is it worth further analysis/inspection? Thanks in advance to any replies.

Mod - sorry I mistakenly posted this in DIY forum. I think this is a more appropriate forum. Please delete the DIY forum thread.
