Amazon pickup NI

I live close to the NI border. For the past 5 years I've had Amazon deliveries sent to a NI pickup location for me to collect. Recently, possibly since a few days before October 31, which may or may not be relevant, this option has been removed from my account, leaving me with my home address in Ireland and a NI forwarding address. The Amazon system will not let me re-add the pickup location that I previously used. Amazon Help is... unhelpful.

Does anyone know what could explain this?

Im not seeing that myself. I have a couple of registered addresses on both sides of the border and when Im logged in with delivery set to a NI address I regularly see a lot of items are available for "click and collect" together with delivery to my NI address obviously. The "click and collect" facility is a small post office which is very handy for me to nip over the border and collect items there.

In saying all that I haven't noticed any items available for "click and collect" when Im logged in with my ROI address.
