18th birthday venue

    Hi I am just wondering if anyone knows of any venues that will host an 18th birthday party.It seems most places won't.Ive even tried the local gaa club and they don't.Has anyone had any luck.Open to anywhere in Dublin

    Assuming you want somewhere with drink.

    Hotel with totally separate function room and hand stamping is the usual one here unless the birthday kid are an already known member of a sports club or a younger sibling of a trusted regular in a pub.

    Too many 17 year olds who see it as an automatic serve basically. Pubs won't touch it

    Probably a pub with a separate section and has a bouncer on usually - wouldn't get anywhere else unless you booked a separate function room. Whereabouts are you based?
