Vibrations under braking

So I have an 05 corolla 1.4 d4d. I noticed that both the steering wheel and the pedal were vibrating every time I attempted braking. I changed the discs for brand new ones from micksgarage but the vibration still remains. The pads are like new with no uneven wear or anything noticeable. Does anyone know what else could be causing the vibrations?.

I should add that it does not feel any way improved despite the new discs. Brakes were bled recently. Could a bad hub or bearing be the issue?. Car behaves fine under non braking conditions seems to corner fine and has good tyres and no buckles on wheels.

I’d change the pads too. Always best to change pads when changing discs.
