RTE GOLD DAB BEING TAKEN OFF AIR - RIP, Alternates?

    Hi lads
    unfortunately my go to music channel RTE Gold Radio is being discontinued and so looks like my 3 DAB radios will be redundant, It plays music 80,s to 2000,s very little speech interuption, and i dont have to search for music.

    I wish to know can you recommend any equipment which will help so as i can find an alternative, have good broadband in area please

    Hi Stoves1,

    You would probably be best with an internet radio which can pick up a broad range of stations in different genres.

    If you are looking for an all in one unit I would recommend something like the Revo Supersystem which is a fantastic Internet and DAB radio:

    You would get a better sound out of something like a Marantz MCR612 which would have Internet/DAB radio, CD player, USB/digital inputs and Bluetooth. This paired with a good set of speaker would be a much better sounding system and you'd have a good few more features than a standalone radio unit however it it s bit more expensive:

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu.
