Hi, would anyone have a rough idea on how much it would be to get a 2 story extension in Dublin?

Extending kitchen downstairs and upstairs would be bedroom and bathroom. Probably about 25-30 sqm per floor.

Any other info I can provide please let me know, not sure what would be relevant.

There’s a thread here from last year which might help. Prices probably need updating

What would you include in as finished? we mainly just want the structure, electric, gas and plumbing.

Painting and flooring happy to do our own for that.

if you are going to spend 150k getting an extension done get it professionally painted and floored.

It’s a rough idea. That’s what the OP asked for.
What you talk about now is a bespoke price. Best to get 3 quotes to compare.

Did exactly that in Cork city as well as gutting and renovating an existing 1600 sq ft house. 190k all in, with the two storey extension coming in at 79k.
