Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.
Thanks all.

Was going to book to go with my 5 year old... is it worth it? Experience appreciated...

We went the first year but my kids were getting a little big for it. I thought it was grand and nice excuse to check out the lights and atmosphere in town. It's definitely got the younger kids so your 5yo is perfect.

Do make sure when your kid is a bit older to do the aillwee cave's santa. For years my kids would talk about the "real" santa was the one in the caves.

Was there a few years ago with my kids (middle girl was 6 at the time) and they really enjoyed it.
