Refund update

    Hello, I submitted a refund request on Thursday last week as my account is in credit. I received an email confirming I wold receive a response "shortly" but still nothing, and the credit is still showing in my account when I login.

    Can I get a progress update on this request today please?

    Just please private message me the relevant Electric Ireland account number, bill name, address, telephone number on the account, and state for GDPR/Data Protection that you are the account-holder.
