    Hi all, I have been on illness benefit for a year now, recently done the review and still able to claim, I sent in my monthly cert on fri 25th oct, normally money is in following friday but nothing has gone in? Do the other office have to wait for go ahead from review office or do you think its gone awry? thanks:confused:

    If you failed the review, you will get a letter within a week of the review date.The money is stopped at once- you only get what is due to you.
    If you pass the review, you get no letter and the money keeps coming.
    There might be a delay in payment for other reasons.
    What was the date of the review?

    I got the reply on the same day i sent in the cert, it wasnt refused.

    So you actually got a letter telling you that you passed the review?
    Wow-just wow! I never got a letter after any of my reviews I passed. Just kept getting the money on my account.
    The only time I got a letter after a review was when I failed it.

    I would not worry- you will get your money. Don't forget- there was a bank holiday last Monday- that might have caused some hold-ups in the system.

    They only processed my cert on friday, no reason for delay, so might hit the bank wed , fingers crossed.
