Personally I’m somewhere in between... feel like it was a bit of the building crisis again... massive farms everywhere Hugh heard, but seriously massive money and I’m not sure that was ever realistic! Just my opinion!

Here at home, potential could be getting out of it... due to family conflict, difficult to get good labour and potentially not a great outlook...
