Don’t see what the issue is myself, emmet. The lads are creating threads that people are posting on. Better than yet another tedious thread about politics or how a lad is really outraged about something.

Careful, you don’t want to end up being one of the crew around here tutting and moaning about AH, yet contributing not a brass tack themselves.

Had a couple of cousins with a heroin addiction and all the joys that come with that, thankfully they're both recovered now though so probably not them.

My aunt is married to a man who a) doesn't drink and b) was a very early adopter of camcorders etc and used to bring them to all family gatherings. From what I've seen it's mostly a lovely, 20 year record of all us nieces and nephews growing up, and, pretty sweetly, his wife's arse. But he's been regarded with various degrees of suspicion roughly correlating with various degrees of alcoholism by most of his in laws for most of his life.

No “issue” here, J. I stay out of threads I have no interest in.

I was merely pointing out that I thought this was a slightly more interring “twist” on the usual Sunday evening “we did you do on your holidays” type thread that seems to get things moving during the end of the week lull.

Don’t worry about me, J. I adopt a more “live and let live” attitude to this esteemed site. You won’t see me getting the hump because some lad has 6 pints on a Thursday night or if someone finds Aubrey Plaza an “usual” attraction, unlike some on here.
