Pasta Maker. Imperia or Marcato?

    Would like to start pasta making.
    Is one machine better than the other?

    No idea about marcato, but i have an imperia pasta roller and it's decent. The hard part is finding suitable counter to clamp it to.

    I've since gotten an extruder for my stand mixer, and a die that does sheets, so the imperia has been living in the cupboard for quite a while...

    Delivered tomorrow. Looking forward to it. Got a few pasta recipes lined up to experiment with.

    Wooden table should be good to clamp it to.
