Going overage with heifers

How much of an issue is it to go overage with heifers? I need to have 11 no. 4 or 5 stars in the herd next October to comply for BDGP and I think I’ll hold onto what I have rather than fluting around with buying in stock. I’ll kill them the day after the close out date for BDGP.
