Mygovid account with mistakes

If I make a mistake in entering my name (yes, it happened, it's pretty sad) and verify the account then mygovid will have incorrect details linked to a service like mywelfare (with correct details).

In my case I had filled out a whole bunch of paper forms with lastname, firstname, then moved to the computer, and then created a mygovid account in the same order! It was late at night :p

So mygovid has "Doe John" instead of "John Doe". A lot of services present your name like this so I didn't notice. So I verified the account with the names on my PSC card. Now mywelfare.ie has "Hello John Patrick" and mygovid has "Doe John". Brilliant.

According to the mygovid website, you can't change any details on mygovid (which seems stupid) but it's unclear if this is even a problem, especially if mygovid is just a portal.

It's completely unclear what happens if you create another mygovid account. You'd have two separate logins with different emails linked to one mywelfare.ie account? Which email is used? I can't see if you can delete a mygovid account. It's very unclear and I'm not enthusiastic about messing with something when I'm about to get JSB.

BTW, I tried to ask online on the mygovid website. I get a big screen with "Apologies". Very useful.
