Carging VAT outside the EU when goods are produced and shipped locally

    Hey folks,

Hoping someone can give me some solid advice/answers on this.

I have many conflicting advise from different places, including the revenue, who apparently don't know the answer, so i'm at a bit of a loss here.

It's a startup business, which I will be registering for VAT for. For Irish/EU sales, I will be charging VAT as normal.

For US & UK (Post Brexit) sales the products will be produced and shipped nationally within those countries.

The question is, do I charge VAT for sales made from the US or UK? The goods are personalised photo/art products (in case that's important to know).

Hoping someone can give me a solid answer.

    Cheers
