Hi there,
There is an issue with role permissions that is being worked on at the moment.
If you are having trouble with access or permissions on regional forums please post here to get access: https://www.boards.ie/discussion/2058365403/you-do-not-have-permission-for-that#latest

I’d like feedback on my ad, price etc.

    Greenlight not verified

The tax will put a lot of people off so it’s not sought after unless they need 4wd.
I think it needs to be €3950-no offers rather than €4250

Emphasise that you bought the car new and it has had timing belt etc if relevant.

Oh yeah, take ‘tax just out’ and reference to marks on body out of the ad.

Take better photos with a better background and not when it's dull and raining.

Someone buying a car in this sort of price range is very unlikely to buy something with 165K miles on it. Its likely to need money spent on it regularly to keep it going and then the tax at 750 per year is the nail in the coffin.
If you want to get rid of it, id say you will have to reduce the price significantly to entice someone to take a punt on it.

Meh. It’s still a vw and a crossover, it’s not worthless by any means.

The location "industrial estate- esque" and the paper mats on the floor scream (potential) dodgy dealer trying to offload car as private sale to avoid comback - loose the mats and take better pictures in a more neutral location.

    Thanks folks.
I’ve amended the ad and retaken the photos
The green light verification is done

I’ve dropped the price to €3950

Personally no, but i can see why people would discount a car on the basis it wasn't.

Photos are still very poor plus straighten the steering wheel.

Auto form on ad says 0 previous owners?
It’s not an import by the reg? I assumed you were first owner but I can see change of ownership in 2016.
