Gyms/personal trainer in Limerick city

    Hi,

    Just wondering can anyone recommend a gym/personal trainer in Limerick preferably Castletroy. I know there are quite a few but just want to see if anyone can personally recommend?
    Ideally looking for something that either offers Hiit type classes or else a PT that offers classes in small groups? Also how much do people pay?

    Hi, worth getting in touch with the guys at Studio One in Annacotty. I used them for a few months last year and this year. They will push you but it's in an enjoyable and fun environment.
