    Hi All

house beside us has gone sale agreed. we live in a cul de sac along with three other houses. it has been sale agreed now for a few months. The builder is now trying to get us to get a right of way attached to our mortgage which we have no problem doing and have signed the paperwork. PTSB are dragging their feet and now the builder is hassling us and saying the right of way issue could cause the sale to fall through. Is this correct?

Rights of way can be difficult matters. Talk to your own solicitor about this proposition.
